You send the plans
A 3D model from your architect (SketchUp, Revit, Archicad) or 2D plans, plus a list of units with prices.

We prepare the 3D
Every unit gets a clickable block, a 2D floor plan and a 3D model. We add the real surroundings of the site.

You run the sales
Change statuses and prices in the admin area. Reservations expire on their own and every change is kept in the history.

They filter, compare and send an enquiry for the apartment they like – straight to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need to get started?
A 3D model or 2D plans, the apartment floor plans and a list with areas and prices. If anything is missing, we tell you in the first call.
How long does setup take?
About 5 weeks from receiving the materials. If the 3D model has to be built from 2D plans, about 2 weeks more.
What if we have no 3D model?
We model it from your architect’s 2D plans as an optional service.
Can we change statuses and prices ourselves?
Yes, in the admin area, from a computer or a phone. The change is live immediately.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, on any modern phone, tablet and computer, in the browser – nothing to install.
Which web address will it use?
Your domain or a subdomain (e.g. 3d.yourproject.com), with your logo and colours.
Who owns the data?
You do. Enquiries go to your e-mail, and you receive an export when the contract ends.
Can we cancel?
After the minimum 12 months, with one month’s notice. Usually the rental runs until the project is sold out.
